About

The Journey

I’m Elias Wealth, and I’m rebuilding from zero.

I am documenting the process of reclaiming discipline, rebuilding stability, recovering control, and developing personal mastery — with total honesty.

Not a coach. Not a therapist.

I’m someone in the middle of it. I haven’t “figured it all out.” I’m still making mistakes and learning how to live properly again. What I offer is a record of the setbacks alongside the progress — written from where I actually am, not where I wish I was.

Nothing here is medical advice or therapy. I write from lived experience, personal responsibility, and what I am learning while rebuilding. The goal is not to pretend I have the answer. The goal is to document the work honestly.

Recovery & Control

Breaking cycles of avoidance, rebuilding self-control, and replacing chaos with intentional structure.

Financial Rebuilding

Paying down debt, building stability, and documenting the process with transparency.

System Building

Engineering actionable frameworks and daily habits to measure progress and maintain long-term consistency.

What this site is really about

Rebuild With Intention is where I document the process of rebuilding life with more discipline, clarity, and structure.

Some posts are personal. Some are practical. Some are uncomfortable. All of them are part of the same work: becoming stable, useful, honest, and harder to knock off track.

This is not a finished success story. It is the record of the work before the success story.
